Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH), a world-renowned engineering firm, specializes in designing and constructing essential structures for communities to meet current needs and future challenges. The company underwent a brand refresh, with new messaging and strategy developed by circle S studio. The creative team sought to showcase SGH's passion for engineering in every situation, adopting the theme of "forces of nature" for the brand's new identity.

The logo design was inspired by the Conneqt font's alternative glyphs, with the logotype refined to have the ideal weight and balance for each character. The diamond in the H symbolizes SGH's commitment to innovation. The brand's visual system is forward-looking and distinctive, incorporating diamond-themed patterns and a bold color palette that sets the company apart in the engineering market. The brand video, created by motion graphics, presents a visual narrative of SGH's journey and people, with dynamic animations bringing still images to life. The final transformation of the SGH logo honors the past while paving the way for the future.

My role included designing the logo and logotype for the brand identity; and creating the motion graphics for the brand launch videos.
